Linko Platform
Existing business modules — customers and receivables, sales documents, purchasing, projects, equipment, agriculture and reporting — that we configure and extend for you rather than build from zero.
An adaptable business platform, custom software and integrations that bring your operations together. Less manual work. Better visibility. More room to grow.
Every engagement is shaped around the way your business actually operates. Pick the starting point that fits.
Existing business modules — customers and receivables, sales documents, purchasing, projects, equipment, agriculture and reporting — that we configure and extend for you rather than build from zero.
Applications, portals and workflows built around specific requirements — from a single approval flow to a dedicated solution deployed in its own environment.
Reliable connections between accounting, warehouse, e-commerce, HR and operational systems — scheduled, authenticated, logged, and visible when something needs attention.
You don’t need to implement everything at once. Most customers start with one process or module — collections, a warehouse feed, a purchasing workflow — and expand once it’s proven. Existing systems stay in place and get connected, not replaced, unless you decide otherwise.
If any of these describe a normal week in your business, there is a practical, staged way out.
Everything below runs on the same platform, so a customer dashboard, a purchase contract and a paddock record share users, companies, security and reporting. Modules are enabled per customer; availability depends on your implementation.
Named systems reflect project experience, not vendor partnerships. Every integration is authenticated, scheduled, logged and reconciled — so a failed export is a line in a report, not a surprise at month-end.
Accounting and business-data exchange: customers, transactions, employees and journals flowing between Attaché and operational systems — and finance exports back the other way.
Warehouse orders and stock movements synchronised with the back office, with import history and exception follow-up for anything that didn’t land.
Product and group synchronisation to keep catalogue data consistent across e-commerce and internal systems. Orders sent to the back office for processing and fulfillment.
Leave and employee data passed to and from HumanForce; purchasing data exchanged with Zahara for approval-driven procurement.
Dairy production data and weight readings captured from field systems and turned into business records.
POS takings imported, reconciled against accounts and exported to the financial system as a repeatable, auditable monthly process.
In some cases Linko is used purely as a translator between a local server and the cloud — no platform modules involved.
Examples: supplier contract information becoming structured purchasing data · warehouse activity becoming visible for office review · export failures surfacing for correction.
First target: pasture and paddock recording for dairy operations.
Hosting arrangements, retention, recovery procedures and support commitments are agreed per customer.
We don’t claim every industry. These are the environments where Linko is running today.

Read moreOrders were keyed into the warehouse system and again into the back office. Stock positions drifted apart, and nobody knew an export had failed until a customer asked where their invoice was.
A scheduled, authenticated integration that pushes orders into Mintsoft, pulls despatch and stock movements back, matches external references to internal records, and logs every run with its status and exceptions.
One entry point for orders, stock figures that agree, and a daily exception list the team can actually action — instead of month-end archaeology.
Small, agreed steps with working software at each one. No big-bang launch, no surprise invoice.
Real customers, real outcomes — from audit-ready reporting to cashflow that improved without a single chasing call.
Our auditor commented that it was our best audit yet. The reporting is amazing. I really like the ability to export data in a variety of formats and how easy it is to drill down to the source transactions.
Increased my cashflow by 50% and I didn’t need to make a single call.
We love the rich quality of information of our customer dashboards.
Saved 2 hours of my day with automatic invoice entry.
Tell us about it. We’ll come back with how we’d approach it and what a first stage could look like.
